I’m so glad you’re here.

In 2008, I made the move from London to Southern California - and jumped into the world of marketing. After several years working with some of the largest companies in the US and being accepted into Harvard's Executive Business Program, I decided to turn my talents to my true passion real estate. It all started in 2014 when I purchased my first rental property and since then my love for the real estate industry has flourished.

I have an eye for detail, relentless work ethic and aura that puts my clients at ease. Every home is treated as though it is mine, and the highest quality marketing materials are used whether it is a $500k property or $5m property. What sets me apart? I’ve sold 100% of the homes I’ve listed. If you work with me your home is sold! My goal is to have a lifelong partnership with you and to be able to call you a friend at the end of our first transaction together.

My negotiating skills are top notch from working hundreds of deals and my English accent doesn't hurt when negotiating to get my clients the best terms. ​Being a realtor isn’t just about getting your home sold. It’s about making sure you are well represented. It’s about making sure you complete all the paperwork correctly so there are not any legal issues. It’s about having a team that you can trust (escrow, title, marketing, media, transaction coordinators). It’s about making sure you are aware of all the timelines and being there for you when you have questions. Trust is such a huge factor when selling a home as stress levels can be through the roof so make sure you have a realtor you can rely on. Over 50% of my business is selling homes that a previous agent couldn’t sell. Not all agents are created equal. 

When I'm not busy buying and selling houses, I spend my time running, watching English Football (also known as soccer) and skiing in Mammoth Mountain.

Here’s a little anecdote about house buying to keep in mind when trying to navigate the world of real estate. I used to work for a very wealthy music producer who made it big in the 80’s and 90’s. He had all the money you could ask for but still loved a good deal. He was in the market to purchase a new house but instead of turning up to the property in his 1970’s white Rolls Royce convertible, he purchased a $15,000 car as he thought it would give him more bargaining power. It worked, and they knocked $250,000 off the price of the house which he swears they wouldn’t have done if he had taken his Rolls. “Think outside the box” he would always tell me, and it certainly worked for him.
